By the age of 38 I had tried everything possible for giving up smoking including hypnotherapy, nicotine patches, Zyban, Champix and none of them had a lasting effect, then I heard about a laser treatment and I was extremely sceptical but decided as I had tried all the others it was worth a try, after all I spent hundreds on drugs and hypnotherapy and of course cigarettes.

I had a course of four twenty minute sessions, remembering I was a twenty a day smoker. The day of the first session I smoked as normal and even knowing I was going for this treatment, deep down I was convinced I was going to come out and light up a cigarette, after all everything else had failed - how could a laser help?

Well, what a surprise after I had after my first treatment, which was extremely relaxing and came out and in my head I was still thinking it's not going to work and within half an hour I would want cigarette.

The time passed and no craving, the following day still no cravings. I went for my second treatment on day two and again very relaxing, I came away still feeling great that I had not craved for a cigarette. The time passed and three weeks later still no cigarettes, even with going out drinking I had no urges to smoke.

After six weeks I went for my third treatment, it has been four months since I originally started and I still have a treatment left in case of emergencies.

I would certainly recommend this treatment to anyone who is serious about giving up and who also has tried everything else.
